Delivery and Returns
We ship to Europe through DHL delivery services. For standard delivery, a fee of €50 will be added to your bill’s total. If you wish to expedite your order, the shipping fee will be calculated based on the destination. Please note that a signature is required at delivery for all orders of €150 and over (before taxes).
In order to make the purchasing and delivery process smoother, custom duties and taxes (VAT) are included. Your package will be delivered DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) and no additional fee will be charged at delivery.
Order processing time
Our order processing time is 1 to 10 business days. This period does not include the delivery time chosen when placing your order.

N.B. Orders are processed and delivered Monday to Friday, except for national holidays. Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during high peak periods.
We will send you an email notification including a tracking number when your order leaves our warehouse.

Face masks, lab coats, and all items sold with a discount of 50% or more are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.
You have 30 days from the shipping date to return your kanuk.com purchase. All merchandise must be in its original selling condition (new, unused, unwashed and unaltered) and in its original packaging with tags attached.
Please complete the return request here, re-pack the item (including all original tags) and ship it back to Kanuk using the shipping label provided to you by email.
RETURNS FROM EUROPE
Shipping costs for returns from a European country are at the customer’s expense. A DHL return label will be provided, but €50 will be deducted from the amount refunded. Please affix the prepaid return label along with the commercial invoice to the outside of the package and drop it off at any DHL service location.
The refund will be made via the same payment method that was used for your initial purchase. You will receive the return confirmation via email once the return has been processed. Please allow 5-10 business days from the reception of the returned item to complete your request for a refund. Initial shipping and return fees (€100 total) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the amount refunded.
If, for one reason or another, the item does not suit you, you may exchange it for an item of a different colour, size or style, depending on availability. Please state the desired changes in the “Reason of exchange” section of your return request.
