Our products are made to last and we guarantee each and every one of them. The KANUK lifetime warranty covers any defect in workmanship or raw materials for the lifetime of the coat. This warranty does not cover repairs resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or products that have been modified in any way. Kanuk 5-year guarantee for trims. ZIPPER / BUTTONS / VELCRO / BARRELS / ELASTIC. 1 year warranty on accessories, bags, ready-to-wear clothing. If a product has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion, free of charge (postal rates apply). You can count on KANUK.

• TOUCH-UPS

  For a small fee, we can touch up your coat in our workshop. Simply stop by our Montreal flagship store, where we will take your measurements. Your coat will be altered by one of our craftspeople using the same sewing machine, thread, and lockstitch techniques that have perfected for decades by our dear artisans.

• REPAIRS

  If the repairs are covered by the Kanuk warranty, we will take care of them, free of charge. If it's not, we'll offer you our repair service by submitting an estimate before doing any work on the garment. Repairs will take place in our workshops using the same sewing machine, thread, and lockstitch techniques that have perfected for decades by our dear artisans. Our craftspeople are truly excellent, and can increase the lifespan of your favorite KANUK jacket (postal rates may apply).

• BRING US YOUR KANUK COAT

  For any repair services, you may provide your jacket, freshly cleaned, along with your contact information (address, phone number, and email), the description of the work that needs to be done, and a copy of the original receipt at the address below (postal rates apply). You may also bring it to our repair shop in person at the address below, open Monday to Sunday
