Delivery and Returns


Kanuk provides free standard delivery and returns on orders of $100 or more through Canada Post. If you wish to expedite your order by XpresspostTM, shipping fees will apply based on the destination. Please note that a signature is required at delivery for all orders of $150 and over (before taxes).

Order processing time
Our order processing time is 1 to 10 business days. This period does not include the delivery time chosen when placing your order.

Free standard shipping

Please allow 1-10 business days for delivery of your order.

XpresspostTM shipping
Please allow 1-4 business days for delivery of your order. Delivery fees will apply based on the delivery address.

N.B. Orders are processed and delivered Monday to Friday, except for national holidays. Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during high peak periods.


We sometimes process a higher than expected number of orders, which may lead to extended delivery times. Your satisfaction remains our top priority, and we’re doing everything we can to get your package to you as quickly as possible.

For store pickups, please wait to receive the email confirmation that your pick-up is ready prior to visit your pick-up location. Once your order is ready, bring the email with your bill, along with your photo ID showing your name.


Face masks and all items sold with a discount of 50% or more are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.


You have 30 days from the shipping date to return your purchase for free. All merchandise must be in its original selling condition (new, unused, unwashed, and unaltered) and in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • Returns within Canada – Prepaid label:
    All Canadian returns must be shipped by the carrier identified on the return label. Please affix the prepaid return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any of the carrier's branches, depending on the carrier used.

  • Returns from outside Canada:
    Shipping costs for returns from outside Canada are at the customer’s expense.


The refund will be made via the same payment method that was used for your initial purchase. You will receive the return confirmation via email once the return has been processed. Please allow 5-10 business days from the reception of the returned item to complete your request for a refund.


Exchanges are not available for online orders. If you want to exchange an item, please ask for a refund by completing your return form ( and simply process your new order online.
