Delivery and Returns


Kanuk provides free standard delivery and returns through Canada Post. If you wish to expedite your order by XpresspostTM, shipping fees will apply based on the destination. Please note that a signature is required at delivery for all orders of $150 and over (before taxes).

Free standard shipping

Please allow 3-10 business days for delivery of your order.

XpresspostTM shipping

Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery of your order. Delivery fees will apply based on the delivery address.

Please note:
Orders are processed and delivered Monday to Friday, except for national holidays. Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during high peak periods.
N.B. The delivery of your package could be extended by 1 to 3 business days due to the current quarantine period.


For store pickups, bring the email with your bill, along with photo identification.


All items sold with a discount of 50% or more are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for refund or exchange.


You have 30 days from the shipping date to return your purchase for free. All merchandise must be in its original selling condition (new, unused, unwashed and unaltered) and in its original packaging with tags attached.


Please bring the product along with the receipt and return form.


Please complete the return form, re-pack the item (including all original tags) and ship it back to Kanuk.

  • Returns within Canada – Prepaid label:
    All Canadian returns must be shipped by mail. Please affix the prepaid return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any Canada Post location.

  • Returns from outside Canada:
    Shipping costs for returns from outside Canada are at the customer’s expense.


The refund will be made via the same payment method that was used for your initial purchase. You will receive the return confirmation via email once the return has been processed. Please allow 5-10 business days from the reception of the returned item to complete your request for a refund.


If, for one reason or another, the item does not suit you, you may exchange it for an item of a different colour, size or style, depending on availability. Please state the desired changes in the “Reason for exchange” section of your return slip.
