Giveaway rules and regulations

GIVEAWAY
The “Kanuk Newsletter” Giveaway, held by Kanuk, is open to registrations from October 28, 2:00 pm (ET) to November 18, 2022, 2:00 pm (ET).

ELIGIBILITY
No purchase is required. To win, participants must be 18 years of age or above at the time of entry.

The giveaway is open to Canadian residents only. The giveaway is void where it is prohibited by the law.

By participating, you agree to receive promotional emails from Kanuk.

Both new email subscribers as well as current subscribers have the same chances of winning.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Subscribe to Kanuk's newsletter and get a chance to win a Kanuk jacket of your choice up to a retail value of $990 CAD. 

PRIZE
Get a chance to win a Kanuk jacket of your choice, up to a retail value of $990 CAD.
No exchange for substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed

DRAW
The winner will be selected by a random draw by December 20, 2022 and notified by email. Reasonable efforts will be made to reach the winner. The prize will be sent by post to the address provided by the winner within 7 days of the draw of receiving the winner's shipping information.

MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Kanuk the right to use his or her name, image, city of residence and biographical information for any legal purpose, without the obligation of authorization or compensation, except where it is forbidden by the law. Kanuk intends to publish only the first name, the initial of the family name and the city and province of residence of the winner.
