DELIVERY
Kanuk provides free standard delivery and returns through Canada Post on all orders of $50 or more. If you wish to expedite your order by XpresspostTM, shipping fees will apply based on the destination. Please note that a signature is required at delivery for all orders of $150 and over (before taxes).

STORE PICK-UP POLICY
For store pickups, bring the email with your bill, along with photo identification.
RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days from the shipping date to return your kanuk.com purchase for free. All merchandise must be in its original selling condition (new, unused, unwashed and unaltered) and in its original packaging with tags attached.
IN-STORE
Please bring the product along with the receipt and return form.
BY MAIL
Please complete the return form, re-pack the item (including all original tags) and ship it back to Kanuk.
- Returns within Canada – Prepaid label:
All Canadian returns must be shipped by mail. Please affix the prepaid return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at any Canada Post location. - Returns from outside Canada:
Shipping costs for returns from outside Canada are at the customer’s expense.
REFUND
The refund will be made via the same payment method that was used for your initial purchase. You will receive the return confirmation via email once the return has been processed. Please allow
5-10 business days from the reception of the returned item to complete your request for a refund.
EXCHANGE
If, for one reason or another, the item does not suit you, you may exchange it for an item of a different colour, size or style, depending on availability. Please state the desired changes in the “Reason for exchange” section of your return slip.

This popular model is structured for warmth and style at -25°C in our technical water-resistant fabric with our high-loft moisture-defying Thermo+ insulation. The storm system hood stays snugly on your head and soft insulated inner cuffs retain warmth.
